Your data is hosted on a private AWS cloud platform with full encryption, daily backups, and role-based access control. Only authorized users can access your clinic’s information.

Can I access Nova Dent from multiple devices?

Yes, Nova Dent is fully cloud-based, so you can access your clinic dashboard from any computer, tablet, or phone, anytime, anywhere.

Does Nova Dent work for multiple clinic?

Absolutely, Nova Dent supports multi-location clinics. Doctors can access multiple clinics with one account, and clinic owners can manage all branches in one dashboard.

Do I need to install any software?

No installation is needed. Nova Dent runs directly through your web browser, just log in and start managing your clinic immediately.

What happens if my internet is slow?

Nova Dent is optimized for Myanmar’s average internet speed (3G) without VPN. Even with slower connections, the dashboard and patient pages load efficiently.

Is there an extra fee for storage?

No, all data storage including patient records, images, prescriptions, and reports, is fully included in every packages at no extra cost.

Can I customize features for my clinic?

Yes, the Enterprise Package allows full customization based on your workflow, including special modules, extra reporting, and custom permissions.

Do you provide training and support?

Yes, we offer onboarding, training videos, user manuals, and direct support via Facebook, email, phone, or online chat to ensure your team uses Nova Dent confidently.

Can my staff have different permission levels?
