• 🔔 Notifications System – Notifications are now generated when appointments are created, rescheduled, cancelled, placed on waiting status, or assigned to authorized doctors.
• 📧 Email Notifications – Email alerts are automatically sent to Assigned Doctors when appointment are created, rescheduled, or cancelled.
• ⚙ Email Notification Settings (User Profile) – Doctors can enable or disable email notifications directly from their user profile.
• 🗓 Daily Calendar View – A new daily calendar view provides a clearer and more focused overview of each day’s appointments.
💰 Billing & Financial Management Improvements
• 📊 Additional Fees (Invoices) – Users can now add additional fees directly to invoices for greater billing flexibility.
o Additional charges such as clinical fees, materials fees, X-ray fees, etc., can be easily added to Invoices.
o Additional fees are automatically included in income reports without displaying a separate list.
• 🧾 Manual Invoice Creation (Invoices) – Users can manually create new invoice to sell the inventory items.
• 🔎 Payment Date Filter (Invoives) – A new payment date filter allows users to search and locate invoices more efficiently.• 🎨 Improved Invoice List Design (Invoices) – The invoice list interface has been updated for improved clarity and readability.
o User can easily check the previous payment dates and collected amounts directly in the invoice Lists.
• 🧩 Redesigned Payment Method (Settings) – The payment method settings page now features a cleaner and more user-friendly layout.
👤 Patient Management Update
• 📝 Age Field Added (Patient Registration) – The patient registration form now includes an age input field for more complete patient records.
